Creating new irises is a labor of love. From seed to introduction can take 10 or more years. We are pleased to introduce two new iris to the retail trade this year: Sino-Siberian Iris 'Raspberry Shortcake' hybridized by Carla Lankow of the King County Iris Society, and Standard Dwarf Bearded Iris 'Copper Bracelets' hybridized by Elm Jensen of the Columbia Basin Iris Society.
